How it works

In our 1 week long discovery package we offer the following.

• An initial 1 hour meeting to understand your business and project objectives, prior to the discovery week.

Discovery week:

• 1 discovery workshop (normally 2 hours in length) in which we
  • Go through the components of the business, stakeholders and how they all interact.
  • Understand your business processes
  • Understand the high-level technical, data, and business requirements
• After the discovery meeting, which is recorded using an AI recording tool, we spend a few days preparing detailed documentation that encompasses everything that we have discussed and send it back to you. This may include
  • A summary of project objectives and your business
  • A list of requirements identified
  • Formal diagrams that explain your business processes and stakeholder interaction
  • Help you to understand next steps (which normally entails other discovery work if required, or beginning design work)
